1. Order Acceptance and Payment
1.1. A binding contact is formed only when you receive a confirmation by us that your order has been accepted and we have your credit/debit card charged.
1.2. All goods must be paid in full before shipping. All transactions are carried out in INR only.
1.3. Payments can be made by credit/debit cards online or Net banking. Shopmix accepts payments by the following credit and debit cards:

2. Money Back Policy
2.1 All Products are non-refundable. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. Shopmix cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at Shopmix own discretion.
2.2 Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of faulty goods. All shipping costs for returned goods are to be at the customers own expense. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
